HALLEY'S DESIGN | REFUND / RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once Halley's Design, Inc. begins working on your order, which means Halley's Design, Inc. has received your necessary materials (i.e., artwork files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by Halley's Design, Inc. for a specific order. Please note that such refund would be adjusted to cover any fees charged for proofs or other services associated with that order.

In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by Halley's Design, Inc. for that order.

Refunds are not given for the following:

  • Graphics (created either for print or screen)
  • HTML, CSS or other Internet-related code that is installed by any party other than Halley's Design, Inc.
  • Shipping and handling
  • Missing or incomplete items
  • Used or damaged goods
  • Items or brands not sold to you by Halley's Design, Inc.

To request a refund you must contact Halley's Design, Inc. via the Contact Us page or email us at info@halleysdesign.com along with the reason for your request.
