design challenges: to develop a website to communicate the compassionate and professional care of the medically fragile patients at The Children's Center. Using a soft palette of colors, a navigation interface that integrates pictures of actual patients, as well as many pictures of patients, parents, doctors and staff, The Children's Center's caring mission is displayed throughout the site.

Halley's Design redesigned TCC's site initially in 2003 (see link to archived site at the lower left above) and in 2008, developed an entirely new Joomla! Content Management Site (see link at the lower right above).
