design challenges: With product in development, this site design had to be flexible – allowing for frequent updates – and professional. And, as with many developing technologies, the content is text-heavy and highly technical at this stage. The goal, then, in addressing flexibility was to design an "open" look with lots of white space and a fairly large type size to promote reading without fatigue. Since most of the site's traffic is currently generated by word-of-mouth, on-site presentations, emailed announcements and news announcements, one of the most important areas of the site is the Press Release section.
