design challenges: Halley's Design worked with Innovative Communications and the Berry Creek developers to design an informative, attractive brochure. Using a previously-commissioned rendering of the development's proposed entrance, the brochure's colors, backgrounds, and type treatments reflect the natural habitat of the lots offered for sale.
